OASIS® BIOLINE® Vacufix hearts are ideal for heavy and bulky floral arrangements. The sturdy wooden base prevents the arrangement from breaking. Thanks to the Easy-Click system and the included suction cups, the hearts can be quickly and securely attached to any smooth surface. They are perfectly suited for wedding floristry as car decoration holders. The natural wood base gives the heart high stability, and the suction cups can be attached quickly and easily using the tabs on the back. This allows the heart to be easily attached to any smooth surface (e.g., car hood). Please note: The suction surface and the base (e.g., car hood) must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Freshly polished car paint can reduce the suction cup's holding power, so the polish should be carefully removed from the affected areas with warm water, dish soap, and a lint-free cloth. The arrangement can later be easily removed by gently lifting the suction cup's base with your fingertip at the edge, allowing air to enter the vacuum. This allows the suction cup to easily detach from the base. Pay attention to proper soaking: Due to the product's size, the conventional soaking method (placing the product foam-side down on the water and allowing it to absorb water on its own) is rarely applicable. A mortar mixing tub (available at hardware stores) is best suited as a soaking container. It should also be clean, and the water level in the tub should be as high as possible. Soak the heart by holding it vertically and slowly submerging it, point first, until the lower half is fully saturated. Then turn the heart over and soak the upper half in the same way. After soaking, the heart should be left upright for approximately 30 minutes, as a water loss of about 20% is unavoidable.
